Banana Bread (with chocolate chips, of course)

I was feeling a bit domestic yesterday and actually had all the ingredients on hand to make this yummy little number from the March issue of this magazine.

It was deliciously tasty and made my drafty little house smell oh so good!


Recipe:
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 large, ripe bananas, mashed
3 large eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans (I left out)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla


"Heat oven to 350. Generously butter a 9x5x3 in. loaf pan. Add all ingredients to pan and mix with a fork until fully combined. Place in oven and bake until wooden skewer inserted into center of loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour."
