Add This to the Rotation

Just a quick post to share a recipe that I tried and loved.  So I made it twice.  In one week.  I'm not sure what my favorite part is, how scrumptious it tastes or how sinfully easy it is to make.  Oh, and it's bathing suit season friendly as well!  I originally saw it on Pinterest, but have tweaked it a bit.


Greek Yogurt Chicken

1lb to 1 1/2lb Chicken breast tenderloins
1 Cup no-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/2 Cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Lawry's
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix your ingredients and spread over both sides of your chicken tenders (I found that a spoon works best).
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
